Thankyou for entering the DogFX contact us page. Experience has shown us that for us to now give you our best service we need to physically speak with you about your dog. As you can appreciate all dogs are unique, with their own wonderful personalities and their own unique situations. Because of this you need to phone us and tell us about your dog, what their breed is and the type of grooming service you require. Therefore if you are wanting further information on our dog grooming services please do not email us with your questions. If you have further questions regarding any of our designer dog product please fill out the form below and include your questions. If you would prefer purchasing any of our dog product via our physical retail salon in Prospect South Australia just phone us on the number below. You are also most welcome to fax us with your product questions or your product orders. We at DogFX are able to place your order and take payments over the phone with your credit card or we are able to do payment transfers via your bank account if that makes you feel more comfortable.

If you have sizing questions please measure your dog and include those measurements in your email to us or have them ready for us if you phone or fax.
